Overview
The Ndere Cultural Centre in Kampala is home to the Ndere Troupe, one of Uganda's best-known traditional performance groups. The troupe was founded in the 1980s to celebrate the country's cultural heritage.
An evening show brings together music, drumming and dance from many of Uganda's regions and ethnic groups. It's a lively, colourful introduction to the country's diversity, often with dinner served.
